Since 2012 when our relationship started, we have come to hold Circle 5 in very high regard. We now have over 100 tools built with Circle5, over 95% of those A-surface parts, many with complicated actions and tight tolerance features. To date, we have had very few issues with the tools. If on the rare occasion, an issue has come up, it has been dealt with quickly and professionally, always putting measures in place to ensure future projects didn’t repeat the same issues.

When it comes to injection tooling, Circle 5 is truly a one-stop shop. Each project starts out with thorough feasibility on part design, followed by detailed mold designs that have been historically completed with very few revisions needed as the specs are well understood. The Project Team provides schedule updates as we request and is always quick to alert us of any issues with quality or timing due to unforeseen circumstances. Mold trials are thorough and the C5 team is very skilled at managing the quality of the tools as well as procurement of sample parts, layout data, and countermeasure activity. Second-stage support is also seamless from the moment the tools arrive at the molding location.
